Village is Itself a Public Nuisance!

Village's new ordinance has itself in violation.
The
new 'nuiisance' ordinances are a mess. Many are in violation of
Constitutional rights (entry without a serch warrant), etc. So,
I'm not delving deeper into the whole ordinance yet. I will do
it at a later time. I will discuss one item that will
be an embarassment for the village. The ordinace has definitions
for a 'Public Nuisance' and the town has one of the biggest
'nuisances' around. And, they have done nothing to address it.
It focuses on that of an abandoned pool.
The village then has thirty days to demolish the structure. (Section 13). Just a side note - appeals to
a violation must go before the 'Abatement Board’, who the majority is appointed by the mayor.
How fair is this going to be?
